By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your payment method, billing address, and contact information.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase, and that the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

3. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services. The products or services available may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, or availability.

4. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person, or any name that is offensive or obscene.

5. Customer Duties When Using or Planning to Use Our Service

LB Gaming Services LTD is not associated with Riot Games or any unauthorized entity. We warn all customers to refrain from violating or infringing the intellectual property rights of Riot Games or any publisher.

By purchasing any Service under LB Gaming Services LTD, you acknowledge understanding of what you are buying and that it matches your in-game information.

You accept that chargebacks or disputes after service completion constitute a breach of these Terms. Customers who initiate chargebacks after receiving service are legally bound to close the claim or repay the original amount plus a fee determined by LB Gaming Services LTD, not less than $50 or up to three times the order value if over $50.

Once your order is marked as “In Progress” or a booster/coach has been assigned, you are no longer eligible for a refund. If service is not completed, you have the right to store credit proportional to the missing service.

6. Marketplace & Digital Product Sales

GamingMarket.eu operates as an intermediary platform allowing users to buy and sell digital goods such as gaming accounts, in-game items, currencies, and keys. By using the marketplace, sellers represent that they are lawful owners of any listed product and that it is not stolen, hacked, or obtained in violation of publisher terms.

Buyers acknowledge that digital products carry inherent risk (including account recall or suspension). LB Gaming Services LTD cannot guarantee the long-term availability of purchased accounts or digital assets.

LB Gaming Services LTD reserves the right to suspend or remove listings, delay or cancel transactions, or hold funds in cases of fraud, dispute, or policy violation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LB Gaming Services LTD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (non-tangible digital goods), refunds are not offered after purchase completion. If your order has not started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 55%) or store credit for the paid amount.

For marketplace transactions, refunds are only available if the seller fails to deliver the agreed product or provides false information. Refunds are not possible for consumed or redeemed digital goods.

Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.

9. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by LB Gaming Services LTD. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Game Publisher Rules, Boosting & Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that “boosting”, account sharing, or similar activities may violate the Terms of Service of game publishers, including Riot Games, Valve, Epic Games, and others. Any use of such Services is at your sole risk.

LB Gaming Services LTD is not affiliated with any publisher. Penalties from publishers may include bans, resets, or account restrictions. We are not liable for enforcement actions taken by publishers, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

14. Account Ownership, Age & Authorizations

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and the lawful owner of any account or product involved in a transaction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with publisher rules.

When account sharing is required, you agree to change your password before and after service. LB Gaming Services LTD is not liable for losses caused by failure to secure your account.

15. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU) for Digital Services

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. By ordering digital services to begin immediately and acknowledging that you lose your withdrawal right upon full performance, you agree that refunds are only applicable before the service is completed. If service has partially begun, a proportionate charge may apply.

16. Limitation of Liability

LB Gaming Services LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
